June 5-7, the Chinese Studies Dedication Camp is being held at the Rockland County campus of Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack, NY. The purpose of the retreat is to encourage and provide guidance to seminarians who are seeking God’s will in serving Him.
This year the three main speakers are Minister Donna Baptiste, Nyack/ATS Board of Trustees member and president of the ATS Alumni Association; Dr. Elias Dantas, Director of the ATS D.Min. program; and Rev. Stanley Kwong, Nyack/ATS Board of Trustees member and senior pastor of Queens Herald Church.
The three-day event, with the theme, “Life and Dedication,” will include workshops, encounter groups, counseling, and sermons mainly in Cantonese and others in Mandarin or English.
