| Important Information About Commencement 2009  Commencement 2009 Date: Saturday, May 9, 2009. Location: Westchester County Center at 198 Central Ave. in White Plains. Time: 2:00 p.m. Commencement Ceremony Doors open to Guests at noon. All participants must arrive at 12:30 p.m. and proceed to the Exhibition Hall (down stairs) for line up. |
