Recent Events...

On May 24, 2007 at The Christian and Missionary Alliance General Council in Orlando, Florida, almost 200 people were in attendance at the ATS Alumni & Friends Luncheon to join us in honoring Dr. Richard Pease, Dr. Peter Nanfelt, and Rev. Jonathan Schaeffer for their service and ministry with Alliance Theological Seminary and The Christian and Missionary Alliance. Dr. Michael G. Scales, newly inaugurated President of Nyack College & Alliance Theological Seminary, shared his vision for the future of ATS while highlighting the work that several different alumni are engaged in around the globe.

An ATS Alumni Chapel on April 12, 2007 at the Rockland Campus featured a panel discussion led by three of our Alumni of the Year: Keith Murphy, honored for Outstanding Ministry; Mei Fong Chau, honored for Outstanding Ministry to ATS; and Rev. Donald Flynn, honored for Outstanding Ministry to ATS and the C&MA.  David and Jenny Rhee were also honored for Outstanding International Service, although because they are currently overseas they were not able to attend the chapel.

An ATS Alumni Chapel on April 25, 2007 at the NYC Campus featured Rev. Clifton McDowell as the speaker.  Rev. McDowell was also awarded for Outstanding Ministry to the Body of Christ.
