At the 125 year-milestone, Nyack College and Alliance Theological Seminary celebrated the inauguration of its 12^th president, Dr. Michael G. Scales.  The proud Scales family and friends were joined by the college and seminary community. At a morning chapel service, the president screened an Inaugural multimedia presentation for students. A luncheon at Nyack Seaport preceded the Inaugural Ceremony. The installation ceremony was witnessed by colleagues of President Scales, Rockland County government and community leaders, as well as college delegates and other special guests. Dr. Scales was toasted and (roasted) by family, friends, and invited guests at a dinner on campus. Nyack’s president graciously shared the spotlight with C&MA president Dr.Gary Benedict, who was also celebrating a special day.
