The Leadership Team for the Youth Ministry and Christian Education department is composed of 6 guys and 6 girls who devote much of their time to enfolding, equipping, and unleashing, those in the youth min department. All the planning of events, retreats, and get-togethers are done by this team. Regular (every other week) meetings are held to discuss upcoming events and the positive and negative factors of past events. Each event or retreat is divided into different aspects so that the team can accomplish the planning. Lastly, the department and the close relationships within the department are partly made possible because of this team of individuals.
